All items are pulled, packed, and taken to UPS USPS or FedEx within 1 business day of cleared payment. 

Once the shipping label is created the tracking number will be available.  Please allow 24-48 hours for the status/progress of your purchase(s) to be updated.

We ship Mon.-Fri.; we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Import charges may be collected at checkout or upon delivery, either through customs or directly by the carrier.  These charges include any customs duties, taxes, and brokerage. "Buy It Now" listings ~ Immediate payment is required upon selecting "Buy It Now".

"Auction" listings must be paid for within 7 days. If you are bidding on multiple auctions and would like to combine shipping, please contact us prior to auction ending and/or before the 7 day payment deadline of the initial auction. 

If you have any special requests, please leave a note in the "add note for seller" section during the checkout process. 

We only accept payments through the eBay checkout system.

Items purchased in "new condition" must be returned in "new condition" ~ unused & undamaged, with all tags attached to ensure refund. 

Items must be free of smoke, pet hair and in the same condition as when originally purchased from Nonnies Niche to ensure a refund.
